Our Mission
Alessia Maria’s Light of Love Foundation is dedicated to bringing hope, joy, and support to children and their families who are facing a pedatric brain cancer diagnosis with hardship, or loss. Inspired by the beautiful spirit of Alessia, a seven-year old bright, beautiful little girl who lost her battle to pediatric brain cancer in May of 2025. Our mission is to create meaningful experiences, provide financial assistance, and perform acts of kindness that ease burdens, create lasting memories, and remind families they are not alone. Through compassion, community, and generosity, we strive to keep Alessia's light shining by helping others when they need it the most through our "Light of Love Programs."

Navigating a child’s pediatric brain tumor diagnosis can bring overwhelming emotional, physical, and financial challenges for families. We understand these hardships firsthand and know that, during such an unimaginable time, families should be able to focus on what matters most—their child and their family.

Through our Light of Love Programs, we provide support to families in need, regardless of socioeconomic status, tumor type—malignant or benign—or stage of their child’s journey.

We also created Alessia’s Wishes because we know firsthand that every moment matters. This program is dedicated to helping families create meaningful memories, experience moments of joy, and make the most of the precious time they have together.

Our programs are rooted in Alessia’s love, compassion, and belief in the importance of kindness. It is our hope that, through her legacy, we can bring comfort, hope, and a little light to families when they need it most.
